A. Lange & Sohne Lange 1 Time Zone 116.021. Case diameter 41.9mm, height
11mm. Hand wound and decorated mechanical L031.1 movement which has a stop-seconds feature that is activated when the crown is pulled, and a patented twin-disc mechanism for the display of the outsize date, twin barrels give the watch a power reserve of 72 hours. A screw balance with a Nivarox 1 hairspring is responsible for its accuracy. The balance is shock-proofed, runs at a rate of 21,600 semi-oscillations per hour. Solid silver champagne dial, applied gold lozenge hour markers and Roman numerals with printed track markers, Alpha hands in yellow gold. Functions: Hours, minutes, small seconds, large date, second time zone, two day/night indicators, power reserve. Indications: Off-centre main zone time at 9 with day/night display at 12, small seconds at 6, double date window with yellow gold, power reserve indicator at 3, second time zone at 5 position, pointer at 5 position for time zone indication displayed on the flange, day/night displayed at 8.
