We find the simplest and safest way for our customers to order any of our products is by telephone this way we can speak to our customers on a person level and ensure all the necessary details are collected without error. You can now buy items up to £10,000 online. All our products are sent on a seven day approval service, if after receiving the item you are not 100% happy for ANY reason, simply send the item back to us and you will receive a full re-fund.

When payment to made by a debit or credit card all goods must be sent to the billing address of the card.

For deliveries within the UK we use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service which requires a signature upon delivery. Overseas parcels are sent with UPS and can be tracked whilst in transit.

Watches are fully insured by ourselves during shipping until signed for at your billing address and is deemed accepted no matter whom the recipient is at that address.

Postage and insurance is free of charge within the UK.

All our watches are fully guaranteed and come with a years guarantee from ourselves.
Watches are sent with a photographic valuation for insurance, again free of charge within the UK.
All credit card details are processed using the credit card authorisation center.
No details of customers credit card details are kept after any transaction.
We also accept, international money transfer, bankers draft and cheques.
