The finance company will confirm the date that your repayments will commence in writing. Typically, the first payment is due 30 days after your item was delivered to you.

If you fail to pay the amount you owe under the Credit Agreement by the date it is due, the finance company may charge you interest on that amount. They may also charge some additional fees, details of which can be found in your Credit Agreement.

Yes. A credit check will be performed as part of the automated decision making process.

Yes. You must have a UK bank account that is capable of accepting Direct Debits.

Yes. You have the right under Section 66A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to withdraw from the Credit Agreement without having to provide a reason, provided notice is given within the first 14 days of the Agreement being signed. If you do wish to withdraw, you must contact the finance provider by telephone, email, or post.

Please note that if you do decide to withdraw, you must pay the full amount of the credit awarded no later than 30 days after giving notice of your withdrawal. If you want to settle the loan after the 14-day cooling off period, you may do so, however you will also be charged interest accrued from the date the Credit Agreement was made up until the day you make the final payment.
