Yes! All watches are of the actual watches held in stock. We never use library or non-specific images.

When ordered with us (either on the phone or online prior to 3pm) your goods will be dispatched on the same day via our fully insured courier. This will mean in the vast majority of cases sent to a UK address, you will receive your order the next day. International customers should expect delivery to take longer and we can advise you on this for each specific country.

All watches are checked in-house and by fully accredited service centres and watch-makers. We offer a full guarantee of authenticity.

All watches are located at our Hull store where they can be viewed daily during regular store hours. If more convenient, we can have specific watches sent to our Mayfair branch for viewing (by appointment only) at a time to suit you including weekends.

Yes, in some cases, we would be happy to accept pre-owned jewellery as a part exchange. This is always subject to quality, brand, condition and value of the specific piece.

We are happy to consider a watch against a part exchange of our stock. However, we only consider buying watches we would be happy to sell ourselves and hence usually only the brands that we sell.

Delivery

All UK deliveries of our watches are complementary. We do charge postage for accessories. Charges will apply for international shipping. Please note if you live outside of the UK you may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees or charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no prior notice of  how much these charges will be. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs office for further advice and information.

We use a number of full insured couriers whom we have dealt with for many years and have an exceptional relationship with.

Delivery is always to the address registered to the card which was used for the purchase. This is for insurance and crime prevention.

Returns

All our items are sent to you with a 14 day approval period. If after receiving the items you are not 100% satisfied, they can be returned. Items must be unworn and in the condition supplied. Watches must have not had any seals or tags removed. If they have, this means that we cannot refund or exchange the item. For returning watches, please contact us for instructions on how to return and our recommended couriers.

For part exchanges, please note that any items that are used in part exchange will also need to be returned should the item you have received not be to your liking. This is because the figures used to calculate a part exchange price will be different than if you sold the watch outright. If you have any questions, please contact a member of our team for more information.

You can cancel your order by emailing us at shop@blowers-jewellers.co.uk with details of your cancellation or fill out our cancellation form. If you prefer you can also call us on 01482 323921 or write to us at Blowers Jewellers, 43 Savile Street, Hull Hu1 3ea.

If the item is returned, we will check the condition and in most cases, issue a refund to the card used for purchase within 48 hours.
