Panerai 1936 Table Clock PAM00651. Brushed and polished stainless steel 65mm diameter case, inspired by historic Panerai pocket watches, presented on a circular brushed stainless steel desk stand. Hand-wound Panerai manufacture P.5000 calibre mechanical movement, operating at 21,600 alternations per hour, comprising 127 components with 21 jewels, Glucydur balance and KIF Parechoc anti-shock system. Twin-barrel construction providing an extended power reserve. Black engraved sandwich-style dial with a combination of Roman and Arabic numerals, with luminous cut-outs allowing the luminescent plate beneath to provide excellent legibility in low-light conditions. Central hours and minutes hands. Large crown positioned at 12 o’clock for winding and time setting. Immensely domed mineral glass on both sides, creating a spherical profile and magnifying the dial and movement. A distinctive Panerai desk clock reflecting the brand’s early naval heritage and bold mechanical design. Box and papers dated 2016.
