Rolex GMT-Master II 16760 “Fat Lady”. Steel 40mm case diameter water resistant to 100 meters. Automatic chronometer movement. Black dial with luminous hour markers. Black & Red “Coke” bezel. Steel Oyster lock bracelet. Production year 1984.Box and papers January 1986. This model reference was the first of the GMT Master II collection, with a 0.5mm thicker case, a wider bezel, and larger crown guards than its earlier GMT Master models these new attributes were the inspiration for its nickname the “Fat Lady”. The 16760 was only in production from 1983 to 1988 and was only ever produced with the black and red “Coke” bezel and was the first GMT Master to use sapphire crystal.
